About

  • Paul Sanford has a well-earned reputation for integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service that he applies to every detail in real estate. Paul grew up in the DMV and found his sales calling through Management Consulting where he first started using his MBA. He also spent more than 20 years in the Army Reserves and National Guard as an Infantry Officer before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel where he excelled at leading teams, creative problem solving, and attention to detail. He has continued rising early throughout his real estate career in Northern Virginia where he works every aspect of the industry supporting both the residential and commercial real estate markets as the Coldwell Banker Fairfax Branch Vice President.
  • Paul is a single father with custody of two wonderful children. With a boy in the army infantry and a girl in early elementary school Paul has been a parent for a while and won’t be an empty nester anytime soon, but realizes that this role keeps him young and helps him appreciate that every day is more rewarding than the last; an infectious trait that he shares with others.
  • Although he has been a runner since the age of 10, Paul’s true passion outside of family and work is photography. Shooting professionally since 1989, he is one of the most sought after Architecture Photographers in the area. Paul’s portfolio also includes: weddings, portraits, sport photography, and events such as political, charity balls, and reunions. His new hobby (adrenaline rush?) is mountain biking.
